AST Design is a Slovak clothing company that has been operating under the well-known women's clothing brand ANDREA MARTINY collection since 1998. From modest beginnings, the company has grown over the years into one of the largest manufacturers of women's clothing in Slovakia and brings out 4 seasonal collections annually.
How?
The initial analysis revealed several fundamental shortcomings in the online activities and overall brand presence on the market. Initial activities were aimed at eliminating these shortcomings, while providing a basis for the development of further activities within the framework of building an e-shop.
Why?
After years of growth, the brand had built a stable base of B2B partners, but began to stagnate in direct B2C sales and reaching younger generations of potential customers. This problem was only compounded by the economic situation after 2020.
What?
AST Design aimed to become more visible in the online world and gradually introduce a new Outlet E-shop concept.
