What ReplyPilot is
ReplyPilot is an automation system for social media, built on the Meta Business API and n8n. As it stands it can answer the direct messages that land in your Facebook or Instagram inbox. These are not generic copy paste replies, but responses driven by rules you set yourself.
On top of that, ReplyPilot watches the comments under your posts, likes them and can reply to them from your templates. When someone comments on your post at midnight, they get a response. When a question arrives at the weekend, the answer does not wait until Monday. The brand stays active even when you are not at your phone.
Another module is in development: autonomous publishing, which will prepare and post content on its own without you touching it. We are testing it on our own company channels for now, to be certain it behaves exactly as it should.
The whole system talks exclusively through the official Meta API. We do not emulate a browser and we do not use undocumented endpoints. The result is a stable, safe solution that does not breach the platform terms and can be run long term.

How we built it
We built ReplyPilot on n8n and the Meta Business API. We tuned the whole system on our own company channels first, months before we offered it to a single client. We wanted to be sure it ran reliably and that the rules you set behave exactly as you expect.
It is precisely the kind of automation we offer as a service, packaged here as a product in its own right. It works on our channels, and it will work on yours. We are still refining it, and we open access on request.
