A restaurant that wanted to be a community centre too
Where they started
Perla Trenčín first came to us in 2024. Alongside the restaurant and venue hire, they wanted to develop the place towards a community centre, with regular activities and events, starting specifically with yoga classes. And they needed to coordinate all of it through the website, without handling every booking by hand.
What we built
We built a site on Wix Studio covering the restaurant as well as the community activities and events. We set up the built in Wix booking system and an app the Perla team use to plan and manage activities and classes themselves, without needing us for every change. They ran on that system for roughly a year and a half.
The second phase and the numbers it brought
After a year and a half they got back in touch. The site and the system had proved themselves, but the marketing needed to go further and cover several segments at once: the lunch menu, the pub and cafe, venue hire for events and celebrations, and promotion of the events and activities Perla runs itself.
We ran a complete audit of their online presence and proposed a long term strategy: a communication framework for social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other offline and online activity that had been missing or left unfinished.
The engagement is now in its third continuous month. Organic reach on social media grew by 237 % comparing two 90 day periods from the real Instagram and Meta statistics. We optimise the Google Ads campaigns continuously since launch, and Perla is already seeing clear results in both interest and footfall. The work stays close, including near weekly stand-up meetings, until we hit the goals we set.
Events and activities, clearly separated
We reworked the site so it clearly separates one off events from the weekly, recurring activities, so people can find their way around it easily. We also added a quick view of the weekly menu directly on the site.
